First Week Back In Ada!

What a fast and eventful past week it has been! I cannot believe I only have roughly fourteen weeks left of my college career! This past week has really made me realize just how fast this semester will go, and to be entirely honest, it frightens me a bit.

This past week back in Ada has been filled with many events that have kept my schedule full. From showcasing my senior capstone project in the Elzay Gallery of Art in the Wilson Art building and surprising my best friend on her birthday to having early morning and late night gym sessions with my favorite workout girlie, I am so glad to be back on campus to make this last semester the best one yet.

I still cannot believe how fast these past four years have flown by. I swear it feels like it was just yesterday that I toured ONU's campus for the first time. Now, I'm about to go into the real world and I feel like I'm not ready yet. However, I have never been one to step outside of my comfort zone, so although going into the real world terrifies me, it will ultimately be a good push and will force me to continue to grow into the person that I strive to be.

Although my time left at ONU is winding down, there is still so much to look forward to in these next few months, such as Greek Week, formals, and applying for a big girl job. I'm also looking forward to the late-night crash-outs with friends and having many girls' nights watching movies and enjoying our favorite snacks while sharing the highlights of our day. Knowing that I only have a handful of these experiences left while in school, I will cherish every moment and remain grateful for all that ONU has given me over
the past four years. Here's to the rest of the semester!

  1. I was just in the art gallery yesterday and was AMAZED by all the work! I loved the theme that was set for all of the pieces, and it was so fun to read about each one. I'm so glad that your final semester is starting off well!
